David has established a strong track record as a business leader with a balance of vision, fiscal management skills, execution and results. He served as president of Comdisco's Disaster Recovery Services division from 1993 to 1998, a period of unprecedented earnings CAGR of 44%. His tenure at Comdisco provided the foundation and industry presence in the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning markets. After Comdisco, David became president of ARC Field Operations from 1999 to 2001 where he added the production operation side of the business to his portfolio of experiences. ARC provided technology services to help companies build and manage IT Infrastructures. Most recently, David was Senior Vice President of Networking, Security, and IT Services at Forsythe Solutions. Forsythe acquired the integration and consulting businesses of Telenisus in February 2002 where David had been COO. As part of the acquisition he was tasked to build Forsythe's security business based on the Telenisus foundation, turn around the services business, and overhaul the networking business. From 2002 through 2005, he led the turnaround and expansion of all three lines of business for Forsythe Solutions and rounded out his experience base in IT Risk Management.

Vic brings to Fusion over 30 years experience in IT and Business Management with a strong track record building highly effective Service Delivery and Business Operations capabilities. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Service Operations for Forsythe Solutions, where, with David Nolan, he engineered the turnaround of Forsythe's services business from both financial and customer service perspectives. Prior to his tenure at Forsythe, Vic served as Chief Operating Officer for Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC), an IT Solutions and Staffing company. He was a key member of the management team that helped ARC recast their business during a four year period of significant market and financial challenges. Through the ARC management team's efforts, ARC was ultimately sold to Pomeroy Information Systems. During his tenure at ARC, he also held the positions of SVP of Operations, Chief Information Officer and President of Technology Solutions. Prior to ARC, Vic held a variety of senior management positions in the Business Continuity Services unit of Comdisco, a multi-billion dollar IT services and leasing company, including SVP of Operations, SVP of Business Operations and IT, and EVP of High Availability Services. Vic was a key member of the executive team that contributed 25% annual revenue growth and 40% annual earnings growth for four consecutive years. Earlier in his career, Vic held a variety of front line and management positions in the IT Department of Signode Corporation, a unit of Illinois Tool Works.

John brings to Fusion over 30 years of IT and IT Risk Management experience and is widely regarded as a visionary and leader in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. Early in his career, John founded Chi/Cor Information Management's IT consulting practice which developed the industry's first contingency planning software tool. As one of the first employees at Comdisco Disaster Recovery Services, John was instrumental in launching its Hot Site and Consulting Services businesses. In his 18 years with the company, John ran Comdisco's European operations, initiated and managed several Asia-Pacific recovery businesses, and in 1999 became president of Comdisco Continuity Services to lead its worldwide services organization. Upon initiating the division's sale to SunGard in 2001, he moved on to general management positions with Hewlett-Packard and IBM, running their domestic Business Continuity organizations and achieving record results for IBM in 2004. Seeking a more entrepreneurial opportunity, John co-founded Fusion Risk Management in 2005. Today, John leads consulting engagements with Fusion's midsize and large enterprise clients, and he is very active in the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity industry, serving on the Executive Advisory board of Disaster Recovery Journal, the Editorial Advisory board of Continuity Insights magazine, the Advisory Board of Private and Public Businesses, Inc., and he is the Chicago chapter president of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private sector for infrastructure protection.

Dan brings to Fusion over 23 years of experience in Information Technology specializing in Risk and Project Management. He served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Conseco, a Fortune 500 financial company, where he was responsible for development and maintenance of numerous Information Technology Risk Management programs. Dan developed extensive consulting and consulting management experience as president of his own risk management consulting firm and fourteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he became a partner in their Global Risk Management Services practice. Dan has been successful in practice development, service definition, content management, and personnel leadership encompassing local, regional and national responsibilities. He has developed and implemented practice methodology for a number of different service offerings. His clients have included those with national and international presence in a wide variety of industries. Dan has helped numerous clients achieve compliance with various regulations including HIPAA, GLB, and most recently, Sarbanes-Oxley. As Fusion's Senior VP-Security and Compliance Solutions, Dan specializes in Information Security management, Business Continuity Planning and Audit. He is a frequent speaker on these topics and has authored numerous articles published in industry journals. Dan has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration. Dan holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) credentials. He is a past president of the Chicago chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), teaches CISA certification classes, and recently was asked to be expert reviewer for ISACA's latest book, "Value Management Guidance for Assurance Professionals".

Bob brings to Fusion more than 20 years experience in the IT and IT Risk Management fields. He was an Associate Partner with Deloitte Touche responsible for developing their first offerings in the Disaster Recovery marketplace in the late 1980's. Bob subsequently joined Comdisco and became SVP of Sales Support where he built a team of subject matter experts to design and implement the industry's most complex recovery solutions. Before joining Fusion, Bob ran the boutique Disaster Recovery Planning firm, RA Sibik and Co., which has merged with Fusion. Bob is responsible for all aspects of the management of client engagements.

Duncan brings to Fusion more than 30 years of consulting experience with private industry, government organizations and not-for-profit groups spanning financial securities, insurance, banking, healthcare, transportation, federal and state government, manufacturing and distribution. Duncan focuses on business continuity planning, disaster recovery programs and assessment of IT outsourcing solutions for clients. Duncan serves as Fusion’s lead consultant on several engagements. Prior to joining Fusion, Duncan served as Senior Director for Provider Healthnet Services, Inc. responsible for managing outsourcing arrangements with PHS’s largest customers. Previously, Duncan served as Senior Vice President of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. where he was responsible for managing service levels and enhancing disaster recovery service levels for customers. Duncan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Information Services from Western Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Andy brings 15 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing and sales through leadership roles in established technology companies and start-ups including 3Com, U.S. Robotics, VeriSign, Telenisus and Sphere Communications, and across technologies including IP security and consulting services, unified communications, enterprise and carrier-class networking, and storage area networks. At Sphere Communications, a unified communications and IP telephony software provider, Andy led marketing, public relations and analyst relations as well as the development of go-to-market strategies with key partners, preceding its acquisition by NEC Communications. At Telenisus, a start-up Managed Security Services Provider, and through its acquisition by VeriSign, Andy led channel development and strategic partnerships as Director of Business Development and Sr. Sales Executive. His initiatives include OEM and reseller relationships with SunGard, InterNAP and Cablevision in which he structured relationships then led development and launch of customized managed security and consulting services. In 2003, Andy earned the CISSP certification. Andy holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University.
