The Roadmap Phase provides a realistic vision into the future and is fundamental to setting expectations for resources, investment, and risk. Fusion provides the details for a phased program to progressively mitigate risk working from the highest value components to the lowest with emphasis placed on Regulatory Compliance, Audit Compliance and defining success metrics.
Typically, the Roadmap Phase is an iterative process and is reviewed and adjusted quarterly based on progress made and analysis of the inevitable changes in threats and requirements.
