Analyze (Quantify / Qualify)
Fusion uses a comprehensive, yet efficient process to define the current, required, and desired states for each data element identified in an enterprise's risk profile with a balanced view of these three categories that define the company's ability to deal with risk. By establishing these facts, the Fusion methodology sets the stage for crisp decision-making throughout the process. Our process reviews a suite of client-selected core Components and Elements that comprise each category. Attributes and Factors then provide the basis for evaluating resilience based on relative importance and quality. The output of the Analyze phase is fundamental to the Strategize and Roadmap phases where problems are solved and solutions are justified in business context.
