Fusion's mission is to impart the most value to our customers and partners and a
challenging, rewarding work experience for our employees by providing tools and expertise to assist our clients in
managing risk
effectively, efficiently, and economically.
Background
Fusion Risk Management, Inc. was founded with the vision that traditional Risk Management
solutions can be made more effective, efficient, and economical. Our approach
is to fuse the management of the core disciplines of Risk Management --
Security, Recovery, High Availability and Operational Risk -- into one easily administered
system. Our vision broadens the traditional view of risk to include additional organizational
exposures, such as Financial Risk,
Safety (OSHA), Environment (EPA) and Regulatory
Compliance. Our services include Advisory Consulting,
Project and Program Management Services, and the Fusion
Framework™ Software Platform that provides our clients with continuous insight into
their Risk Management Profile. We believe that an organization's vulnerabilities and threats
are endless, but the funds to address
them are not, making it imperative that
organizations have the ability to precisely define those risks and accurately
prioritize their importance.
There are myriad problems with today's Risk Management Programs and IT Strategies
that make them ineffective, inefficient and expensive. Geo-political tensions, cyber-terrorism,
natural disasters, and an increasingly invasive and challenging regulatory climate
continue to drive demand for new and better approaches. Risk Management is as much
a business problem as it is a technical problem, requiring a unique
blend of business and technical acumen to manage optimally. Hundreds of technology
and service providers each claim to have a silver bullet for "THE" problem. New
regulations and threats appear daily. As a result, organizations
are constantly challenged to address
tactical vulnerabilities while effectively aligning Risk Management initiatives
with fiscal reality and strategic fiduciary imperatives.

recovery programs, experienced hundreds
of actual crisis events and thousands of test exercises. Fusion's team has developed
high availability and resiliency strategies and built and managed the datacenters
and networks to make them work. Fusion's services solutions provide our clients with a unique approach that consolidates all the disparate aspects of a complete
Risk Management Program and provides the methodology, interactive software tool
and lexicon for understanding, addressing, prioritizing and managing Risk. This
approach ensures that Fusion will deliver effective, efficient and economical
